What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive: what we quote is what you’ll pay, nothing more unless the load changes.
We’re not a franchise, so no extra franchise fees, saving you $.
Our quotes are personalized:
We look at the amount of stuff to go, weight and difficulty to remove the items, how much is recyclable/donate-able, how close we can park our vehicles to the load, etc. , hoping to save you as much money as possible.
We’re veteran owned/operated, fully insured with commercial auto and general liability insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’re contacted by text, phone call or an app notification. We talk or text and try to determine a quote, if the job looks to be complex we arrange a time to quote in person. When we give a quote we never exceed the quoted amount unless more is added, it could be less than what we quote if we’ve experienced it to be an easier job than anticipated. Most of the time it’s a concrete quote not a range so you’ll know exactly how much it’ll be. If you like the price we’ll begin when best suited for you, which could be moments later or on a different day. We work carefully to make sure we only take what you want taken, protect your home, and respect your personal items. We donate usually to St Vinnies, but have made drop offs by request to other locations. We usually go to Glenwood Transfer Station to dump and there they make recycling easy they have different areas for: cardboard, mixed recycling, motor oil, paint, styrofoam, tires, mattresses, glass, wood, etc. , this makes it very easy to recycle what we can. Payment can be made by cash, card, check, Venmo, Zelle. Your satisfaction is our goal. We’re owner operated & strive to be the best junk removal company in Lane County.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CDL class A, experience with house clean outs, hoarder houses, yard/construction debris, we have the power tools to get the job done. Currently enrolled in the Master Recycler course through Oregon State University and held by WasteWise Lane County. Bloodborne Pathogens certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started after obtaining my CDL class A license as a dump truck driver, always wanting to work in the junk removal field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and commercial clients. From quick pick ups to taking our time with people who need to go through stuff and whole house/estate clean-outs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We’ve been pretty fond of all our jobs. Every one has been different. It’s nice meeting new people and we feel great when we can help.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get more than one bid, make sure the company keeps their word is attentive to your needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What do you want removed? We donate usually to St. Vinnies, is that where you’d like your donations to go to or a different organization? We’d be happy to accommodate your request as long as it’s in the Eugene/Springfield area and open regularly and will provide a donation receipt on request.
